This guy is the Vice-President of Chavez's regime in Venezuela; he seems so happy to be in the company of such a rutless dictator as Castro, who, besides his terrible legacy in Cuba, is also the master of the shearing and skimming of venezuelan natural resources such as strategic minerals and, of course, petroleum. For allowing this, and also for promoting the presence in Venezuela for thousand of cuban intelligence officers, military personnel and Castro agents, all of them controlling strategic portions of the venezuelan state, in a normal country, Mr. Jaua, together with Chávez and the rest of the regime's authorities, would have been judged as traitors and sent to jail for many years.
