Rains cause flooding in parts of England

Severe flood warnings were issued as already sodden parts of southwest England were soaked by rain and battered by strong winds. Emergency services warned lives were at risk.

I sure hope the English have plenty of hot tea and biscuits laid aside. It looks like things are going to be wetter then normal. Then again, they do keep a stiff upper lip. They have proved to be a sturdy people who come together to get through whatever Mother Nature and life throws at them.Why even Henry the dog seems to be taking in the situation and assessing matters.
