Palestinians celebrate in the West Bank city of Ramallaha on Nov. 29 after the U.N. General Assembly voted to recognize Palestine as a non-member state.

This will certainly make things much more interesting in the West Bank. As Palestine has stated it would do all it could to work one on one towards a peaceful resolution with Israel. Unfortunately, with Hamas leadership presence, it does look like their agenda and latest action is counterproductive to such a long awaited resolution. Perhaps with its new recognition will come the will power to achieve what it was unable to before.Where much is given, much is expected. Let's see if Palestine can live up to the world's new expectations of more diplomacy and less violence. As befitting any recognized State of the U.N. Well, on second thought...
