What an incredible amount of lights to say the least.Just imagining the man power involved in setting that up is a little difficult, knowing it would take at least a few months. Where I live the city has an annual display that takes several months and doesn't have quite as many.The article says this is one of the most impressive, so I'm guessing the others would have possibly more lights? Wow! What a display!
