President Mohammed Morsi and his Islamist allies support the charter while a wide spectrum of liberals, youth groups and others see both the process and the draft as flawed.

A beautiful response to Political unrest and violence. My prayers go to all Egypt.....
These photographs are most intriguing so I tried to get more information on this beautiful Cathedral. As always, articles of the plight of Coptic Christians dominated everywhere I searched. What ever is decided, the Christian minority and other minority needs must be included. Egypt is at the crossroads. My hope is for a new government that truly represents all Egyptian citizens. It would be a welcome change considering all of the abuses minorities have had to deal with over the years.

This is a beautiful cathedral in the side of a mountain where many miracles have been reported. It is also in the scriptures. While I am not a Copt, I live in Heliopolis and enjoy many friends ~~ both Coptic and Muslim. The spiritual sites are truly beautiful from all aspects: spiritual, historical, and academic. I hope you will visit Egypt so you can meet the wonderful Egyptians and visit these wonderful sites. :)
The Muslims are acting in their typical aggressive manner. A secular pluralistc Egypt is needed.Send the Brothethood back to prison where they were before. They support terrorism both internally and abroad. This Morsi guy doesn´t even bother to hide his devil´s tail anymore.Super bad news for Egypt, the region and the whole world! A power grab of the worst sort .Even if he won the election fairl,.which is not certai,.he can´t use it to put in a Islamic dictatorship. The people or the military must overthrow this tyrant. He will be much worse than Mubarek.Get rid of him now!
Newsvine didn´t send me the revision space. Please excuse the 2 typos
Hey bart!!!
As always, excellent post. Agreed. This snippet from one of the links that I posted above shows just how interested Morsi is in the population as a whole. (yes, sarcasm.)
