He should have left him alone. Now they will have to kill that poor little animal because he bit him....to make sure he does not have rabies. Too sad. He was running for his life when he got squeezed and terrified. Dumb move, dude.

    I am afraid you are right, Alumette. In truth a fisher or any other weasel (for that matter practically any type of animal) who DID have rabies would probably have gone after the human in the first place, while that guy is clearly fleeing. But now we can't risk the human, just in case. Bad karma!

    People everywhere, do NOT grab a wild animal. Just watch it run away, unless it turns around and comes after YOU. Then do whatever you have to.

      Someone had to have had it and lost it or let it loose - there should be laws - no wild animals as pets! Period! Poor thing.
