Out of this world: Astronaut captures majestic view during Christmas Eve spacewalk

Sure, you might have a nice view from your workplace, but how does it stack up to this?

NASA astronaut Rick Mastracchio captured this image of fellow astronaut Mike Hopkins on Christmas Eve during the second of their two spacewalks to swap out a crippled pump module on the International Space Station.

Though some folks labeled the image of Hopkins a “selfie,” NASA officials said it was Mastracchio who took the picture. (You can see the lens of Mastracchio’s camera reflected in the center of Hopkins’ helmet visor.)
