A Libyan rebel prays at a checkpoint near the front line in the outskirts of the eastern city of Ajdabiya on May 6 as Muammar Gaddafi's regime reacted angrily to a decision by world powers to provide funding to rebels fighting to overthrow his rule in Libya, saying plans to tap assets frozen abroad were "piracy."

A wounded prisoner from Gadhafi's forces is transported in the back of a pickup truck by rebels to take him to a hospital for treatment, halfway between Brega and Ajdabiya, Libya, Saturday, April 9. Rebels say they took two prisoners after a clash with soldiers near Brega's university outside the government-controlled oil facilities, marking a noticeable advance by rebels struggling to push back Moammar Gadhafi's forces.

Treatment??? Looks like this unfortunate man will be DOA. Notice that one soldier in mid face stomp. And another soldier is in mid rifle butt hit. When we will treat the helpless like the people we are?
